Purpose and Scope

Needs Assessment

Project Planning and Resource Allocation
  • Create a detailed project plan outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and responsibilities.
  • Allocate resources, including team members, tools, and budget.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) to ensure seamless tracking.
    Execution of Services
    • Implement the agreed-upon strategies and methodologies to address client needs.
    • Maintain regular communication with the client to provide updates and receive feedback.
    • Monitor progress against the project plan and make adjustments as necessary.
    Communication and Reporting
    • Schedule periodic check-ins with clients to review progress and address concerns.
    • Provide comprehensive reports summarizing activities, results, and next steps.
    • Ensure communication is clear, concise, and consistent throughout the project.
